Returns
You may return your order by giving us notice of returns within 30 days of the date of collection or delivery. If you require your original postage to be refunded you must notify us within 7 days. Such notice may be given by mail, fax, e-mail or by phone with reference to the returns section on the reverse of the invoice/despatch note. Please repack the Product(s) using the original packing supplied, complete the returns section on the reverse of the invoice/despatch note and send this back together with the Product(s).

You will then be entitled to a full refund from us, including your original delivery cost (within 7 days notification required - see above), which shall be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days from receipt by us of the returned Product(s).

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no additional cost. Please inform us of any damage to the Product(s) within 3 days of delivery.

Unless Product(s) are damaged, faulty or the wrong goods are sent in error you must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us.  Please return goods to Arrowfile, PO Box 637, York House, Wetherby Road, York, YO26 0DQ.

If you are returning damaged, faulty or the wrong goods sent to you in error, please specify this as the reason for your return at the time of notifying us of the return, by contacting customerservices@arrowfile.com when you can request a FREEPOST returns address.

While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition.
